"I grew up with a father who was a compulsive gambler, that almost destroyed my childhood by losing everything, twice. I took his patterns and flipped the script, used the concepts and positivity behind the strategy outside of gambling, then translated it to life and business. This, is how I came up with the Negative Progression strategy." Technically, its a gambling method but used in a healthier and more positive way. The philosophy translates to the real world with the simple lesson that no matter how many times you fail, use the lessons from your failures and double down in your efforts and you eventually will end up ahead of where you started.

What differentiates Anthony from the hundreds of other entrepreneurs that run multi-million dollar businesses? Anthony knows risk.
Growing up, Anthony was raised in Las Vegas with a father who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and a severe gambling addiction. Poverty, the potential eviction, and chronic illness plagued his childhood. But it didn’t define him. Anthony took what others would see as a curse and used it as to build a multi-million dollar business with a team of over 2,000 people. Anthony's company went on to serve numerous global brands at some of the country’s largest events.
But he didn't stop there.
While building his company into a category leader he also built himself into one of the most in demand entertainers on the market. Anthony hosted major events for 10's-of-thousands of people like the NCAA Championships, Rockstar Beach Spring Break, and Best Summer Ever Concert in Las Vegas just to name a few.
All of this was possible because Anthony mastered the mindset, strategy, and motivation needed to succeed in business where almost everyone else fails. And where did Anthony learn how to do this? From the most unlikely place of them all: his father.
Anthony realized his dad’s best and worst moments at the casino were a result of his style of play, that, although risky in gambling, is unexpectedly effective in life. The method is called negative progression, or what Anthony defines simply as doubling down. Doubling down is about being so committed to an outcome that when failure occurs, you press through it by doubling your efforts and refusing to give up.
As a speaker, Anthony has presented for charitable organizations, college events, businesses, and entrepreneur associations. His signature talk is called “The Art of Doubling Down: Utilizing Negative Progression to Win in Business and Life.”
He also speaks on his passion for self-responsibility with #BeTheChange where he helps people understand how to harness their passion to improve the world. This movement bridges societal gaps, helps people gain control of their lives, serves the less fortunate, and makes small but impactful contributions to communities that align with their beliefs. While many speakers simply talk about their topics Anthony lives them. #BeTheChange is a national movement and a growing brand that has developed charitable partnerships dedicated to making the world a better and more positive place.
As a talented emcee, Anthony has entertained crowds of over 75,000 people, and regularly entertains audiences of thousands. When Anthony isn’t supporting one of his national clients or working on the #BeTheChange movement, he is running marathons, refining his next big idea, or spending time with his beautiful 3 year old daughter.

You will have an option of a Deep Dive 3 week starter and organization program, 3 month program or 6 month program that will all start with a full status analysis and give you “homework” that will prepare you for your next steps in life, business, relationships, health and fitness. Due to the intensive nature and the work Anthony does in between sessions he limits his clients to 15 active clients at a time, so space is limited.

I've known Anthony Russo for a few years now, it started at the Titan of Texas Challenge at the Texas State Fair, but over the years its grown into much more as I've hired Anthony as an Emcee at a variety of events most recently at the Corn Husker State Games where he hyped up the crowd and cheered on all the competitors to victory. Not only is he an asset to any event that I've attended, but as I've known him for Be The Change, it has been amazing to see the inspiration and challenge to myself personally and continue to grow, inspiring people, and motivating people from where they are to where they want to grow and go.
